Description Starting Salary: $13.00/hour Position Type: Part-time (8-30 hours/week) Availability needed: Must be available at least 10 hours/week; some Saturdays availability is required Preferred experience: 1-2 years' experience working in the restaurant industry Essential Functions:
- Make Great Food: Fulfilling all food orders according to position: food preparation; sandwich line assembly; frying waffle fries and hashbrowns; marinating, fileting, coating, breading, frying, and grilling chicken
- Have Fast & Accurate Service: completing orders with a sense of urgency in all areas including food preparation,
- Create Clean and Safe Environment: maintain food safety requirements as directed, continual clean up of assigned areas, mopping and sweeping, kitchen floors, loading dishwasher and hand-washing dishes, emptying and unloading garbage bins
- Exhibiting the Core Values of Chick-fil-A Nona: Growth, Service, Integrity, and Optimism
- Other tasks requested by the leadership team as needed
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Indoors: 95%; Outdoors: 5%
- Requires working with a team
- Requires some work in freezers and coolers
