Kitchen Worker - San Manuel Band of Mission Indians : Job Details

1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, flatware and kitchen smallwares (following established procedures to meet current guidelines and regulations). Conducts and maintains cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of all kitchen equipment to include but not limited to stoves, ovens grills, broilers, fryers, refrigerators, tables and all stainless steel. Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, brushing and mopping floors. Cleans FRP walls, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, air vents. Cleans dish machine and 3 compartment sinks throughout the shift by emptying water, cleaning all screens and drapes, cleaning the inside of the machine to include all water tanks. Refills machine and sink to restart. Sorts and removes trash and garbage and places in designated containers. Cleans out garbage cans following approved method ..
