Krew/Shift Leader - Kona Ice : Job Details

DescriptionKona Ice Central Baltimore CountyTHIS IS A LEADERSHIP POSITION. We are looking for motivated and charismatic individuals to lead our local Krew that are committed and have a desire to work. This role involves serving customers at our location on Joppa Road. We are looking for a go-getter who will be a cheerful addition to our team. This person needs to be a multitasker that is detail-oriented in a fast paced environment. We also expect this person to be self-motivated and be a problem-solver that can address both customer and staff concerns on a consistent basis. They should also be able to impliment new systems, processes, products, etc. in a timely manner while simutaneously guiding team members to success.Kona Ice Krew Leader Responsibilities:Assist owner/manager with any task neededImplement systems and processesLead by example with proper procedures and attitudeComply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelinesComplete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stockingServe customers, make shaved ice, milkshakes, ice cream.Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentationCommunicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staffPay based on age and experience. Negotiable.PLEASE READ: do not apply if you cannot commit to working a various schedule including days, nights and weekends. Do not apply if you cannot help us finish our season and be available from March to October. Must be able to commit to 30-40 hours per week.Background checks may apply.Pay negotiable based on experience.Tips are earned as well.Requirements
