KYC Operations Director (AVP)
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Shared Services and Banking Operations to liaise with key stakeholders in the onboarding process, including Business Units, Compliance, Risk, etc. to manage day-to-day Run-The-Bank (RTB) functions of CORS including regulatory & product documentation for client on-boarding, data management, and process quality management.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 85000 and 130000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
