L&D Development Specialist III Remote Summary: The main function of an L&D Development Specialist is to provide necessary support, including needs assessment, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives. The typical L&D Development specialist will guide the development of all training practices. This individual will be joining the Global Ops Vendor Learning Team a learning organization responsible for ensuring our scaled vendor workforce has the knowledge and skills to perform their job responsibilities. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end process for delivering learning and performance support solutions to our scaled workforce, with a heavy emphasis on content development.
