Contract

  • Shift can be from 8 am to 8 pm Mon to Fri.

Level 1 Service Desk

  • Assist authorized users with client tools and applications through both proactive and reactive support.
  • Oversee incident management for authorized users regarding all Client Services Center (CSC) services.
  • Handle service requests from authorized users pertaining to all CSC services.
  • Supervise access requests from authorized users related to all CSC services.
  • Achieve seamless integration by utilizing client tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
  • Facilitate smooth integration with the internal Global Service Desk and any third-party vendor service desks that provide services to the client, encompassing tools, interfaces, technology, and processes.
  • Oversee the approval, distribution, and inventory management of the SecurID RSA Token request process for employees, contractors, and external clients.
