Job Title: Lab and Equipment TechnicianNumber of Resources: 1Position Type: ContractWork Locations: Plano, TXWorkdays: 5 days onsiteStart Date: As soon as possibleVisa status: Only opt/ead, GC, US citizenYears of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Vehicle Electronics DevelopmentKey Duties:Prepare and maintain test bench and retrofit vehicle environments to support 24MM evaluation, including functional, combination, high load, and performance testingWhere needed, design or obtain parts and conversion equipment needed to evaluate 24MM headunit interactions with other vehicle components and evaluate 21MM functionsSupport the evaluation team for the entire life cycle of product evaluation (i.e., Planning, Testing, labs and equipment management, and maintenance).Support continuous improvement and process standardization during the evaluation phase.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Vehicle Electronics DevelopmentAbility to document ES (Engineering Specification), Evaluation SpecificationExperience with development models (Agile, SDLC, Open source, others)Knowledge of following in-vehicle technology platform (Bluetooth, BLE, Wifi, CAN, or Most)Ability to conduct root cause analysis, triage, and documentMS office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)Strong communication skills
