Lab Assistant - Insync Staffing : Job Details

Lab AssistantPay: $20/hr, paid weeklySchedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (start at 6 AM or 7 AM). After training, may work 1/2 day Saturdays on rotation.Location: Gainesville, GA 30501Type: Temp-to-HireEligibility Note: Candidates cannot have pet birds or chickens at home.Job Summary:Support the production of Marek's disease vaccine through various lab processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using sterile techniques.
• Operate under laminar flow hoods in a HEPA-filtered environment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile work area and accurate manufacturing records.
• Assist with handling roller bottles, candling eggs, and other lab/production tasks.
• Communicate issues to supervisors immediately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete assigned tasks promptly.

Skills & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be trained on sterile techniques and lab procedures.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work weekends.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Regular attendance and flexibility are essential.
