Lab Assistant - 804 Technology : Job Details

Specific Requirements:This is an entry level position in a Manufacturing group that is responsible for producing reagents for in-vitro diagnostic assays. Candidates with limited laboratory experience will be considered. Applicants with industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO will be preferred. Local candidates are preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.Key Responsibilities:Perform general laboratory support functions to maintain laboratory cleanliness, operation, and safety. Including:* Supports production operations with routine stocking, cleaning of manufacturing areas, other lab support duties* Low complexity manufacturing operations (buffer mfg) and equipment support (column maintenance, equipment maintenance and/or cleaning)* glassware washing* Material innventory monitoring support* Collaborating with laboratory biochemists to order required buffers to meet weekly schedule* Support Buffer manufacturing lab as needed* 5S audits of laboratories for adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and organization expectations* High school diploma with strength in science and math or relevant work experience, or B.S./B.A./A.S. in relevant field* The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management, possess well developed interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail.PDN-9d958f06-41e1-404b-9397-cfdc33fe6cb2
