Job Title: Laboratory Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Onsite in Aliso Viejo, CA

Pay: $22-23/hour

Job Summary:

The Laboratory Associate supports lab operations by following standard procedures and ensuring compliance with quality regulations (CAP, CLIA, New York State). Responsibilities include handling biological specimens, maintaining safety and cleanliness, assisting with reagents and sample organization, and performing clerical tasks without directly manipulating patient samples.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or higher required.
• Entry-level experience in wet lab or analysis (0-2 years, preferably molecular).
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and standard office tools.
