- Schedules return physician clinic visits.
- Schedules Chemotherapy and Infusion Services Visits.
- Schedules diagnostic studies for new and returning patients.
- Communication and Clerical Duties.
- Assists clinic clerks with answering multiline phone system.
- Acts as backup to reception and check in area as needed.
QualificationsEducation
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.
Experience
- Six months clerical and customer service experience required.
- Some computer experience required.
- Medical and insurance experience required.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).Compensation/Benefits
- $14.86-$24.27/hr depending on previous work experience.
