Lab Director - Medical Center Barbour : Job Details

Gradute of an accredited university with a B.S. in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry preferred, or graduate fo Military training school.

Ability to work in all areas of the laboratory and apply laboratory principles amd perform laboratory procedures; Scientific and mathmatical knowledge and sakills required to calibrate, operate and maintaing instruments and equipment required. Must have high attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality of work; sound judgement, based on professional training. Knowledge of laboratory practices, policies and procedures. Have supervisory and management expreience preferred, experience as a chief technologist preferred.

License/certificate: ASCP, AMT, HHS, or NCA certification preferred.
