Lab Tech GMP Cleaner

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Pay Range: $18-23

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform critical cleaning tasks to maintain a sterile environment, supporting the operations team to meet quality and compliance standards. Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct sanitary cleaning in a sterile environment following strict procedural guidelines as prescribed by supervisors.

- Organize and stock sterile and non-sterile protective garments across multiple locker rooms in a precise order.

- Accurately document all cleaning activities, ensuring all records are signed and complete.

- Complete all required training courses according to procedural standards.

- Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products to ensure stock availability.

- Provide cross-departmental support as needed.

- Adhere to all company regulations, performing tasks safely and effectively.

- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and cGMP practices, following stringent rules and procedures.

- Comfortable working in a sterile environment with biological and hazardous waste management.

- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

- Ability to read and understand documents in English, including SOPs, operating manuals, and safety policies.

- Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

- Previous experience in cleanroom or cGMP cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.

- Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed.

- Adaptable and customer-oriented with a focus on achieving results.

- Performance-driven with a positive and motivated approach.

Education & Requirements:

- High school diploma required.

- Physical ability to wear protective gear, including goggles, face shield, and gloves.

- Availability for night shifts and weekends if needed.
