Lab Technician - 84503 - Swoon : Job Details

I'm working with an established and passionate agency, to hire a Lab Technician to join the largest coffee distributor team!

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract Duration: 3-4 month contract

Pay Rate: $43/hr

What you'll do:

• Runs tests or develops validation tests to sufficiently evaluate new and existing product functionality and compliance.
• Creates test reports that convey test findings and observations in a digestible manner.
• Maintains proper documentation (electronic and paper) regarding test results, risk assessments, and general product info.
• Issue Product Specification Matrix documents (PSMs) to DEs to outline relevant tests required for different product designs.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is nice to have
• Experience with lab testing procedures for consumer products or medical devices (non-food testing)
• Working knowledge of testing principles, metrology, and lab etiquette
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
