What are they looking for?

They are seeking a talented and motivated Labor and Employment Associate to join their dynamic team. As part of their renowned labor and employment practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex labor and employment matters, representing employers in various industries.

Responsibilities

Advise and counsel clients on a broad range of labor and employment law issues, including employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, employment benefits, and labor relations.

Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and other employment-related documents.

Represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and state labor departments.

Assist with labor and employment-related litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing for hearings and trials.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the state bar and in good standing

2 to 4 Years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with a focus on representing employers.
