Our client, an AmLaw 25 firm and Chambers USA ranked practice, is looking to hire a Labor & Employment Litigation associate to join their growing and highly successful team in California.

Job Description

Our client, a respected law firm, is looking to strengthen their labor and employment litigation team. This team is not your typical employment law division; their work is dynamic, diverse, and cooperative. They cater to a wide range of clients from innovative startups to established corporations across various sectors.

Their practice encompasses a comprehensive range of labor and employment matters. These include complex wage and hour class actions, employment discrimination class actions, whistleblower litigation, noncompete agreements and trade secrets, appeals, post-trial briefings and litigation management, labor-management relations, ERISA and employee benefits, and occupational safety and health. Relevant experience in any of the above areas will be considered provided candidates have experience working a large law firm.

They have a track record of success in some of the largest class actions under several U.S. employment laws. They ve also handled high-profile labor relations cases and have helped secure landmark labor agreements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with L&E matters at a big law firm.
