Description
  • Technical: Help design and execute sensory tests (discrimination, descriptive) and quantitative consumer tests (hedonics) using standard sensory software
  • Conduct routine analysis, interpretation, and reporting of test findings
  • Design screening & recruiting surveys for consumer tests based on criteria provided by internal or external clients
  • Support qualitative consumer research methods through note-taking and other activities related to focus groups and other methods.
  • Panel: Efficiently administer the activities related to sensory & consumer panel execution, working closely with panel coordinator to ensure smooth execution and panel administration, preparation of test materials, recruitment and management of assessors, test reporting and collation of information, respecting deadlines
  • Assure compliance to Good Laboratory Practices for all food handling and preparation.
  • Write documents related to panel execution (e.g. consent forms)
  • Use internal systems to recruit and schedule panels when the panel coordinator isn't available
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • 2 years of analytical analysis experience preferred.
  • 0-5 years in a laboratory are accepted in food industry or related filed

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.
