The role youll contribute:
The Laboratory Technical Supervisor performs laboratory testing in accordance with the Division of Clinical Laboratory Standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 64B3-13.003. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements and quality measures. Oversees the day-to-day operations of various lab sections and assists the department director with leadership duties as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Medical Technology or related sciences upon hire
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Medical Technologist with increasing roles of responsibility upon hire
State of Florida- Laboratory Supervisor license required upon hire
