Process Development Lab Technician

Duration: 1 year contract, possibility for extension

Location: Onsite in Holly Springs, NC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Process Development Lab Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AKTA and/or PendoTech instruments and be capable of executing standard technical procedures in the lab.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate AKTA AVANT/PURE and UFDF systems using PendoTech or Repligen KrisFlo TFF systems, as well as the Unicore operational system.
• Perform data entry and other general duties for Company Process Development (training provided).
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical, Biochemical, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with column chromatography.
• Preferred:
• Hands-on college experience.
• Graduates from UNC with a minor in Vtech.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical company.
