Job description:

Prepare color samples for evaluation and formulation to support the Refinish Color Matching team. Primary responsibilities will include mixing wet paint, reducing/spraying paint samples, and general prep and cleanup of lab areas.

Responsibilities:

* Mixing and spraying functions to meet production demands.

* Acquire color formulations from Color Matcher and prepare sample mixture based on pain formulations/recipe given.

* Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples.

* Acquire wet paint sample from mixing stations & sprays sample according to predefined specifications.

* Maintain laboratory equipment in clean condition.

Requirements:

* High school diploma/GED

* 0-3 years related experience

* Must be clean-shaven on the first day.
