Laboratory Technician - Saxon Global : Job Details

We're looking for a Research Technician I (Food Technologist / Laboratory Technician) to join our team in Glenview, IL (Onsite). If you have a passion for food science, ingredient technology, and sensory evaluation, this role is a great fit!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing sugar & sodium reduction technologies

Conduct bench-top & pilot plant trials

Perform ingredient functionality evaluations

Organize sensory testing & expert panel evaluations

Maintain lab safety & compliance

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Food Science or related field

2+ years of relevant experience

Strong sensory analysis & record-keeping skills

Must be a local candidate (no relocation provided)

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM or 8:30 AM CST Start Time)
