Laboratory Technician - Infojini : Job Details

Job Title – Laboratory Technician

Location – Fridley, MN 55421

Duration – 6+ months contract position

Shift Time – Mon – Fri (8am-4:30pm)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lab technician in a chemistry lab.
• Preparation and evaluation of paint formulations per established methods.
• Under the direction of a Scientist, independently execute established tasks to meet deadlines.
• Document findings and communicate results using programs such as Word and Excel.
• Inspects and performs routine maintenance on lab equipment.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of chemicals and/or supplies necessary for the completion of experiments

Qualifications:

• Education: AA, BA, or BS degree in a Science or Engineering field is preferred.
• PC skill: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Able to manage multiple duties simultaneously, meeting established deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds several times per shift.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
