This position is a grant funded position and will end August 2025. Job Summary: Installs data/communication wire from network closets, through ceilings, to various locations in schools. Salary: Grade 3: $16.91 - $26.42 DOE Work Day: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:pm Work Year: 9 months Bargaining Unit: Education Support Staff Association (ESSA) Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description forqualifications and duties of the position):

High school diploma, or equivalent.

High school level math skills.

Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language.

Good written and verbal communication skills; strong self-motivation skills.

Ability to work well with others.

Ability to work for long periods of time on a ladder.

Ability to make simple mathematical calculations.

Ability to maintain a high level of safety consciousness at all times.

A valid Alaska Driver's License is required.

Must be able to obtain a pass on to Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base.

Must be dependable, one absent crew member can significantly reduce productivity.

Must be able to work all shifts
