Working together across all job functions is critical to achieving our success.ABOUT THE JOB:Assist with manufacturing of concrete products.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in manufacturing a variety of concrete productSupport crew during concrete poursHelp maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipmentPerform materials handling and storageFollow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the Leads or supervisorsRead and follow work instructions, blueprints and drawingsRegular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary in order to perform the essential functions of this positionEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders is preferred, not requiredExperience working with concrete would be preferred, not requiredHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Northwest Pipe Company is committed to equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.
