Towne Properties, a leader in the property management industry, is currently accepting applications for **Laborer** opportunities for our **West Cincinnati District Office**. Our growing company has upcoming needs for all levels of maintenance candidates looking to apply their existing skills and learn new ones in the exciting field of property management.

The role of a Laborer will rely on your basic maintenance knowledge, and adaptability to change. Youll need to be prepared to learn many new skills and apply them throughout the day, work on ladders and in crawlspaces, and assist many of your teammates with diverse tasks in multiple locations.

**This challenging opportunity includes:**

* **Assisting with general maintenance and cleanup**

* **Use of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills**

* **Performing minor roof repairs, siding repairs, and gutter cleaning**

* **Providing customer service to residents and homeowners**

* **Working independently on some projects and with a team on others**

* **Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm**

**You offer the following minimum requirements:**

* **General maintenance knowledge**

* **Ability to operate landscaping equipment**

* **Valid drivers license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance**

* **Drug and background check**

**Other helpful skills and competencies:**

* Prior maintenance experience highly desired

* Motivate, can-do attitude

* Team player

* Desire to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility over time

* Comfortable working in small spaces, outside in extreme temperatures, and climbing ladders
