Laborer - Short Staffed : Job Details

Job Position: Laborer Location: Lennox, SD 57039 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: Hours Varies Location: Travel to various surrounding states required Schedule: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week, start times may vary) Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Grain Bin Erector/Construction Worker to join our team. The position primarily involves erecting grain bins, paddle sweeps, and ProTech buildings, with occasional concrete pouring. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screening. This role requires travel to job sites across surrounding states and working in various conditions. The ideal candidate should have some experience in mechanical or construction work, be physically fit to handle heavy lifting, and be flexible with work hours. Housing will be available. Responsibilities: -Erect grain bins, paddle sweeps, and ProTech buildings -Assist with occasional concrete pouring as needed -Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively -Travel to various job sites in surrounding states as part of a crew -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Requirements: -Bilingual in English and Spanish -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Ability to pass a drug screening -Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. -Experience in mechanical and/or construction work preferred -Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in outdoor environments and various weather conditions.
