Laborer - Bunge : Job Details

The Labor Utility Position performs operator helper activities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Shovel and sweep product to maintain clean plant area.
• Operate hand tools, forklift, bobcat, backhoe and other mobile equipment.
• Climb steps/ladders, work in high places and confined spaces.
• Work outdoors and in all types of weather.
• Provide routine lubrication and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Work safely and communicate effectively.
• Must be willing to train to advance into different job classifications.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Experience:

• Mechanical background with prior experience in a plant or similar environment, preferred.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a high level of dedication to safety.
• Work is done primarily in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to comprehend & to follow instructions and to follow instructions from supervisor, verbally and in written form. Ability to climb stairs/ladders. Ability to work safely and communicate effectively.

Schedule:

Work rotating shifts, including weekends.
