The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labor, be able to work in different weather conditions, and follow safety procedures at all times.Key Responsibilities:Assist electricians and other skilled workers by providing tools, materials, and support during installations and repairs. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, lifting, and moving materials. Operate basic hand tools and power equipment as required for specific tasks. Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring that all equipment and materials are organized and secure. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed. Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and storing them properly. Carry out instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to ensure projects are completed on time.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work well with others. Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing strenuous tasks for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
