Measure, cut, and assemble deck components under the supervision of the project lead. Operate basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, hammers) safely and efficiently. Ensure the worksite remains organized and free of hazards. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times. Assist with cleanup and disposal of construction waste. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks on time. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of hand and power tools. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Must adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
