Laborer - 360 Rail Services : Job Details

Laborer FULL-TIME

$21/hr

- Reports to the Track Maintenance Foreman or the Construction Foreman.- Repairs and/or replaces turnout components as needed, such as switch points, frogs, plates, etc.- Repairs and/or replaces track components as needed, such as rail, ties, plates, spikes, timber crossings, etc.- Observes the condition of tracks, track beds, and track right-of-way to detect, report, and repair problems or defects.- Responsibly operates company vehicles and/or equipment, and ensures all daily maintenance and inspections of the units are completed.-Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Compensation: 19 - $21 per hour, Based on Experience

Shift start: 6:30AM Shift length: 10 hours Monday - Thursday (4x10 hrs)

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis included)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 90 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Railroad industry experience, including track maintenance & construction, is preferred.Track Inspection Guideline Certification is preferred.Must have the ability to read and understand specific documents including schedules, standard railway plans, and specifications. About 360 Rail Services
