Job Title: Night Shift Laborer

Location: Washington DC Pay: $27.78 prevailing wage

Position Summary:

This Position requires the following specific technical and professional background: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years??? experience in construction or carpentry

Job Responsibilities:

• Help measure, cut, and prepare materials for trim and molding installations.
• Support the team in reading and understanding construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Aid in constructing and repairing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Assist in applying finishes to surfaces, such as sealing, caulking, staining, and varnishing.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• 5+ years of previous experience
• Ability to work 630PM to 430AM
