The Laborer Production, Associate assists in disassembly of cushioning units, snubbers, or yokes while complying with and following all work instructions, safety and quality requirements, and ensuring all company guidelines and safety rules are followed when performing duties. Duties and Responsibilities. . Complies with The Association of American Railroads regulations, quality assurance standards, and Greenbrier Rail Services Environmental Health and Safety policies. Disassembles and reassembles cushioning units, snubbers, or yokes. Performs assigned tasks under the direction of Supervisor and notifies Supervisor of materials and equipment needed to complete job tasks. Interacts with Supervisor and crew members in a team environment. Complies with special processes assigned, based on work orders Qualifications.
