Duties and Responsibilities : Entry-level Laborer Production
- Be a helper for more specialized positions such as brine room, filler, All Pax, etc.
- Perform various jobs on the pouch line, product inspection, putting lids on, etc.
- Learn additional production jobs and fill in as needed.
- Follow all GMP's associated with this position.
- Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and helping co-workers.
- Must complete required annual Training and required annual challenge.
- Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should bebrought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.Skills and Abilities
- Must be physically capable of regularly working in various positions on the pouch line.
- Must be able to complete daily documentation accurately.
- Be able to retain job knowledge and skills from day to day.
