- City Harbor (cityharboratlakeguntersville.com) has a new hotel! Scheduled to open in early 2025. The Home2 Suites has 88 rooms and 44 of those rooms have incredible views of Lake Guntersville. The hotel joins a mixed used area with restaurants, event space, short term rentals, and retail.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at the Brand New Home2 Suites in Guntersville, AL. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, sales & marketing, human resources, engineering, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering skills
• Human Resources & Recruiting, and Accounting skills
• Experience in managing hotel operations and driving revenue
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
