Job DetailsThe successful Land Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and acquiring land or finished lots for the Company. This individual will also be completing market research, analyze market and industry data, as well as recommended pricing/LD costs for our executive team to review. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in within the residential construction/land acquisition industry
• Production new home construction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Teams, and Share Point
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate, strong closing skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
