Job DetailsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture preferredKnowledge of local, state and federal permitting processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.Ability to travel up to 10% of time.Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment with positive team oriented attitude.Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years of community development experience with at least 3 years managing small, medium and large scale projects with exposure to scheduling, estimating, project management, contract negotiations and administration, acquisition due-diligence, entitlements and permitting, land planning, architectural design, budget development and management and development of staff.Interested in hearing more?
