Land Roustabout - DANOS : Job Details

Overview

The Roustabout will be responsible for supporting various operations including loading and unloading equipment, maintaining warehouse facilities, and performing general clean-up work. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and able to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

* Load and unload equipment and supplies to and from trucks.

* Load and unload supplies to and from the supply room.

* Maintain warehouse facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks.

* Perform general clean-up work around the facility.

* Assist with maintenance and operations on valve jobs.

* Perform preventive maintenance (PM) work on equipment and various tasks at the tank and pipeline facility.

* Operate a forklift (prior experience preferred).

* Exhibit good communication and computer skills.

* Work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

* Must live within 45 minutes of Galliano, Louisiana.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

* TWIC card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days.

* Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform maintenance tasks.

* P-Tech or technical degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.

* Previous experience operating a forklift.

* Past experience in maintenance and operations related to valve jobs.
