Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments. - Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and future maintenance needs. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate with the service team to ensure appointment scheduling efficiency. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. - Assist in managing service-related marketing campaigns and promotions. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
