Conducting thorough land and property surveys to establish legal boundaries, topography, and other features. 2. Utilizing GPS technology and other surveying tools to collect and analyze data.3. Preparing detailed reports, maps, and plots based on the collected data.4. Working closely with engineers and architects to provide necessary data for planning and execution of construction projects.5. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of surveying activities.7. Staying abreast of latest developments and advancements in surveying technology and techniques.8. Coordinating with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of surveying projects.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. A minimum of 1 years of experience in land surveying.2. State certification or licensure as a professional land surveyor is a plus.3. Proficiency in using CAD Civil 3D and other related software.4. Solid understanding of GPS technology and its application in land surveying.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.9. Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
