Landfill General Laborer ( Lake Panasoffkee, FL) - Waste Connections : Job Details

Waste Connections has an immediate position available for a Landfill General Laborer at the Heart of Florida Landfill in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. In this position you will - Assist in cleaning and pressure washing as needed. Manual labor including paper picking, keeping landfill clean and presentable. Perform yard/lawn maintenance and including cutting weeds. Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work. Assist customers by responding to inquiries. Train to operate a tipper. Assist in other duties as needed. Must have the ability to work outside throughout an 8 hour shift. The position is full time Monday-Friday day shift with some Saturdays.
