LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a company in Queens, NY is seeking an experienced Landlord-Tenant Paralegal to join their team.This role is onsite to start with one day remote after initial period.Landlord-tenant law experience required. Managerial and Yardi experience preferred.The company offers a great team environment and the opportunity for professional growth.Responsibilities:- Assisting with landlord-tenant and litigation matters- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations- Managing and tracking court matters- Communicating with tenants, courts, and property managers- Creating legal documents- Providing general legal supportRequirements:- 1+ years of recent landlord-tenant paralegal experience- Experience with Yardi preferred- Ability to work independently- Strong leadership skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThe anticipated salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience.
