We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic Landman to support our mineral acquisitions team and contribute to business development. This role is ideal for a driven individual who can balance precision in project documentation with proactive deal sourcing and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Title and Lease Analysis: Conduct due diligence on mineral rights, lease agreements, and ownership structures to ensure clean acquisitions.
- Project Documentation: Manage and review acquisition paperwork to maintain compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Deal Sourcing and Business Development: Identify and assess new leasehold opportunities to expand Millennium PetroCapital's portfolio of bypassed-pay assets.
- Negotiation and Communication: Work with mineral owners, brokers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions and optimize lease terms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) regulations and all applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in petroleum land management, acquisitions, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Petroleum Land Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Gulf Coast Basin geology and historical lease activity preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of title examination, contract negotiations, and RRC regulations.
- Proficiency in land management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
