Landscape laborer - Countryside Outdoor Solutions : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This position involves various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation, ensuring that properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.

Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Engage in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

Dig trenches and holes for planting or installing landscape features.

Maintain grounds by removing debris, weeds, and other unwanted materials.

Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.

Experience with hardscape installation is a plus.

Ability to dig and maintain various landscape features effectively.

Familiarity with snow plowing operations is beneficial.

Strong groundskeeping skills to keep outdoor areas tidy and inviting.

Proficient in using power tools such as blowers, trimmers, and saws.

Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is advantageous.

Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 60 per week
