Job Location Corporate Office - TEMPE, AZ Job Details Description This is a non-exempt position and is responsible for performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled landscape tasks.

***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS***

General maintenance workers are typically part of a crew of three or more, who help maintain Homeowner Association landscape.

Responsibilities of the Job:

* Pick up trash

* Blow and pick up debris

* Trim tree suckers

* Weed flower beds

* Spot spray weeds in granite areas

Requirements of the job:

* Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

* Must be able to follow company safety policies.

* Must be able to pass E-Verify.

* Must be able to work full-time (40 hours a week) Monday through Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm.

* Candidates must have a positive attitude.

* Bi-Lingual preferred but not mandatory.

* Valid drivers License preferred, but not mandatory

* Work experience is not necessary, but is a plus.

* Language: Though not required, bilingual English and Spanish skills are desirable.

* Working Conditions: Work is outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels. Introductory Period: Incumbents appointed to this job classification serve an introductory period of 90 days.

* Frequently stand, walk, or crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects; walk for long distances and on sloped ground and uneven surfaces; move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds; normal manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; corrected hearing and vision to normal range.
