Landscape Supervisor - Buckner International : Job Details

Supervise, schedule, and train full-time, part-time, and PRN landscape team members, ensuring compliance with Buckner procedures and Department of Labor regulations. Oversee landscape projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors for labor and materials while managing assigned budget categories. Plan, coordinate, and oversee volunteer and team-building landscaping projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with Camp leadership and the landscape design team to develop, implement, and maintain the established landscape plan, including flowerbeds, trees, and overall grounds. Maintain the camps visual appeal by mowing, edging, raking, and trimming shrubbery, ensuring that all walkways, trails, and common areas remain clean and free of debris to create a positive first impression for guests.
