Landscaping / Grounds-Full Time - Gersh Autism : Job Details

Position Summary: Well-rounded individual who will help maintain the grounds and recreation areas to the highest standards. Must be willing to work hard, learn, looking for growth. This position is full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Property clean up, landscaping, garbage, janitorial.

+ Success Factors: Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, hardworking, perfectionist, friendly, mild tempered, listens well, can read.

+ Physical Demands: Very physical, will require lifting of up to 75 lbs. Requires long periods of standing/walking.

+ Working Conditions: Outdoor - Rain or shine.

+ Performance Standards: Will report to foreman, evaluated on attendance, job completion time and quality, effective use of time, desire to help and ability to work within the guidelines given.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Team Player

+ Previous landscaping experience a plus; use of lawn maintenance equipment, small machinery operation a plus, i.e. golf cart or quad.

+ Use of hand tools, painting. Spanish speaking ok, must understand/read some English.
