Summary of Position: The Laser and Inventory Specialist plays an important role in the success of all departments. This person is responsible for creating and filling work orders, laser marking components for gun builds and starting the build process for each order. This position works on the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory counts and aids in preventing stock outs. This position reports to the Inventory Manager. Requirements Responsibilities: • Read and interpret work orders, pick tickets, routers, schedules, material labels, and inspection data records. • Enter and maintain operational data (part numbers, work order numbers, lot numbers, and revision levels) in company ERP system and E-Commerce System. • Pick parts and components on work order. • Operate the Laser Engraver, marking parts and components to match the serial number of the receiver. • Take appropriate measures to ensure all products are completed to production, quality and technical specification. • Inventory Manager informed of critical issues which affect production schedule. • Clean and count finished parts. • Assist with quality checks and procedure audits. • Ensure that assigned work areas are clean and in good state of housekeeping at all times. • Operate Pallet Jack and Forklift to move equipment, parts and materials. • Perform special assignments as required. • Other duties as needed. Qualification and Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Systems, such as Microsoft Excel.
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Proficient in learning new technology and equipment
• Knowledge of Laser Engraving Equipment
• Knowledge of ERP or Inventory Management Software
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations (machining, CNC operations, injection molding) is preferred.
• Ability to read part drawings and familiarity with basic measurement methods is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
