Laser Operator I - 1st ShiftChippewa Falls, WI ( is searching for a Laser Operator I to safely perform laser cutting for a variety of materials and other company requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform typical laser cutting operationsSelect proper cutting programs, and proper fixturesMake proper set-ups for cutting operationsMaintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety proceduresPerform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan (including documentation of results)Identify different types of material – Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and GalvanizedLearn and demonstrate continuous improvement for Safety and Quality standards and proceduresMeet the standards of the site attendance policyRepresent core values: Drive, Integrity, Growth, Respect, and InnovationAssist in other work areas as assignedRequirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRead and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
