Law Librarian - The Wilner Group : Job Details

Their full-service team now consists of 140 lawyers! We are searching for a Law Librarian t to join their team at their Roseland, NJ location, this is an on-site and full-time position. They offer an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and more! Salary is up to $70k based on experience. Responsibilities:

• Perform legal and business research for lawyers and staff across multiple offices.
• Collaborate with practice groups and the marketing department on business development and competitive intelligence projects.
• Assemble, organize, and tag content for the experience database to aid in RFP responses and ranking submissions.
• Maintain knowledge and proficiency in online sources and the firm's internal knowledge management systems as well as proactively evaluate new resources and recommend renewal, cancellation, and investment.
• Present and communicate research findings clearly and concisely.
• Conduct new hire onboarding for legal and administrative personnel.
• Evaluate, manage, maintain and recommend changes to the current law library's resources, including print, on-line, and other format materials for all offices.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required (MLS preferred).
• Expertise and experience with a wide variety of free and fee-based business resources, subject- specific databases, and legal analytics tools, including Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg, Cheetah, PACER, Courtlink, D&B, and others.
