Lawn Maintenance Team Member - The Grounds Guys : Job Details

As a Maintenance Team Member. YOU ARE the Front-Line Employee! You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You'll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care. The team performs basic tasks related to lawn care maintenance at high levels of qualityand service delivery. Mowing & trimming and occasionally weed control, including additional periodic help assisting with seasonal aeration, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning. Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers and line trimmers. Addresses clients' questions, comments, and concerns or refers clients to the Team Leader as appropriate. Assists Team Leader with route and job planning and organization, thereby ensuring sufficient resources and materials are readily available. Performs other L&L duties as required.
